The MA in International Journalism provides a dynamic and robust approach to teaching contemporary journalism through the lens of globalisation and digitalisation Students will refine their knowledge and understanding of journalism in 21st century society through practical skills and journalistic production techniques, exploring specific practice from theoretical and analytical perspectives Students will study a set number of 20-credit modules before taking a 60-credit dissertation project or an individual journalism project in the second part of the course Modules include global media, comparative journalism, the digital revolution, risk reporting and professional and promotional writing
